accounts, computer systems.
Proprietary Rights
By submitting, posting, uploading, sending or displaying any Materials
on Ringtone-Mania Service, you hereby grant to Ringtone-Mania a limited
license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce,
and distribute such Materials solely on and through the Ringtone-Mania
Service. The license you grant to Ringtone-Mania is non-exclusive,
fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Ringtone-Mania is not required to
pay you for the use on the Ringtone-Mania Service of the Materials that you

from your Profile page or other Member's pages. You agree to pay for all
royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any
